The Process

Originally, the plan had been to write quite robust blogs that delve into everything that Scripture has to say on a topic. Unfortunately, I found that my ability to keep up with posting that kind of content was extremely limited. Much of my deep research has been devoted to school work or writing books. That said, I will continue to post teaching topics as I write them, but it won’t be on a set schedule.

While those teaching posts are going to be more sporadic, I have begun to do regular book reviews. Each month, I will post one non-fiction review (typically Christian books) and one fiction book (Christian and/or clean non-Christian books). These reviews are focused on giving an overview of the book, my personal takeaways, and theological/philosophical engagement if I can. The last part is going to be interesting as certain non-Christian books are clean (no cussing, sex, etc.) but are typically seen as being bad for Christians to read. I intend to read and review these types of books and give my feedback on them from a theological perspective to see if they are truly dangerous. Other books are “Christian” and are often assumed to be good despite the serious theological errors found within.

If this sounds interesting to you, please consider subscribing to the blog to get emails when I post something new!
